WCSRO Senior Researcher Erich Lang & WCSRO Associate Researcher Naho Okano arrived at Ram Falls around 12:30 pm on saturday, WCSRO Senior Researchers XXXX XXXXXX & Sean Viala arrived later on, around 8:30pm. We set up camp at spot 28, which is deep into the woods of the Ram Falls Recreation area. We did some brief scouting of the area, and then settled in for a night of observation.
Around 10:30pm Naho Okano and Sean Viala heard a distance scream, that matched recorded Sasquatch vocalizations. Around 11:00pm we noticed movement in the woods around our camp. We used our nightvision equipment to scan the woods for signs of movement, Erich Lang & Sean Viala noticed movement deeper into the forest, about 30-45 feet away from the treeline around our camp. With the aid of an IR spotlight, we were able to discern a dark, bipedal shape moving through the trees. The shape went into hiding when it realized it had been seen.
Around 11:30pm Erich Lang spotted a tree branch moving, around 20-35 feet into the forest. When checked with nightvision, a large hair covered arm was spotted grasping the tree branch, the arm quickly disappeared when the IR spotlight was directed towards it. Around 12:00 am, Sean Viala spotted eyeshine in the forest, the eyeshine was around 6-6.3 feet off of the ground, a low growl was heard also. The eyeshine started to move away when it was stared at, but not before a glimpse of a cone-like shaped head was spotted. Around 12:30am, XXXX XXXXXX was walking into the forest without the aid of nightvision. He was being directed by Sean Viala, who was scanning the woods with an IR monocular, when suddenly a good sized object was hurled out of the forest. The object landed somewhere between XXXX XXXXXX & Sean Viala, but it was closer to XXXX' location. We believe that the creature(s) in the forest were warning him away from them. We later found out that the object in question was a 2-3lb. piece of sandstone, we recovered the stone and took it back to camp with us. The stone was photographed the next day, and is in the posession of XXXX XXXXXX. Not long after this it started to rain hard, so we took cover under a tarp shelter. The activity in the woods started to die down when the rain hit. We tried to call the creatures in with vocalizations (whistles & whoops), but nothing else occurred. After the rain had died down, XXXX XXXXXX & Sean Viala took a walk into the woods in the direction where the stone had been thrown from. We found an empty campsite with a good number of rocks lying around, we found the spot where the stone that had been thrown at us was pulled from the ground.
Around 1:30am, we all took a walk to the Ram Falls viewpoint to see if any more activity could be observed. Along the way Erich Lang & XXXX XXXXXX detected a very pungent odor in the air, but it was gone just as quickly as it had appeared. This was detected twice more during our walk to the falls, there was also the feeling of being watched, but that lasted only for a short time. We reached the viewpoint, and checked the area, but nothing was found. We returned back to camp and watched the woods for a short time before calling it a night. We retired around 3:00am.
July, 24/ 2005.
We awoke around 7:30am, walked the area and took photographs. Then we broke camp, and started our trip back.
Overview
Even though it was a short trip, we still consider this to be an enormous success. He had a distant vocalization, a Sasquatch arm was observed through nightvision, eyeshine was spotted, along with the cone shaped head. And we also spotted a large, dark bipedal shape moving through the trees in almost absolute silence, and to top it all off, we had a rock throwing incident.
Once again, Ram Falls has yielded results.
We would also like to welcome Naho Okano to the WCSRO Investigative Team. She had just joined the WCSRO on this expedition, and proved herself to be very observant. I know she will make a great member of this group, and hope she chooses to stay with us for a long time.

Here is a photograph of the rock that was thrown at a member of the WCSRO Research Team.

After searching through the woods, we found the location where the rock was thrown from. It came from this small pile of stones.

Here is a photograph of the woods around our camp. As you can see, it would be very easy for a large creature to remain unseen if it wanted to.

Here is a game trail leading through the woods near our camp.
