*What type of Occurrence did you have? = Vocalizations Heard

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = I was

camping with my family 3 weeks ago in the Kananaskis, the Elkwood Campground. I

was tenting and the night was extremly cold. Aprox. 4:00 a.m. I heard 3 loud

screams. All the screams were of the same nature . They were each right after

the other, all made by the same " creature" . The screams were high pitched .

Each scream was aprox 3-4 seconds , the  1st second was high pitched but lower

than the following 2 seconds, then the last second was the exact same as the

first second.

*What type of Occurrence did you have? = Vocalizations Heard, Other

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = Was

followed through the bush by something when I was 16. Whenever I would stop; it

would stop. After a while I could hear deep and heavy breathing coming from the

trees at my left side; maybe 25 metres from me. I ran for the road, and this

thing chased me. It was making terrible sounds as it chased me; but when I ran

out onto the road it stayed behind in the trees. I got back to camp later and

told my friends; but I don't think they really beleived me.

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = My

family and I were camping near Pike Lake last weekend. Towards sunset we heard

the strangest animal cries coming from the north end of the lake.

At first it sounded like a mixture between a bear's roar and a wild cat's yowl.

Then it carried on into the most terrible screaming that I have ever heard. I

have been camping for a good deal of my lifetime and I must say that I have

never heard anything that sounded like this did before; nor do I want to hear it

ever again. It sounded like it was coming from a good distance away; but the

sound was still clear. Whatever was making this sound must have had some

incredible lung power. After about 2 minutes of this the screaming tapered off

into a whistling sound; then it ended altogether. We listened without making any

sound; but whatever made the sounds had decided to clam up for the night.

*Province/State = MI

*Date = 08-12-2005

*Weather Conditions (if remembered) = slightly overcast

*Is there anything else that you can remember? = There is really nothing

else that I remember about this.

After I returned home; I was listening to different animal sound on the web;

trying to find the one like the sounds I had heard. I came upon a website called

Oregon Bigfoot; the screams I heard matched the Snohomish recording. that really

creeped me out when I heard that!

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = we were

camping this summer near the bighorn dam. while out hiking one day, we

discovered a dead coyote. it looked as if something with hands had mangled the

creature. three of its legs were completly torn from its body. the coyote did

not look like it had been eaten at all. i dont know if a bigfoot did it or not.

but it was still something that seemed weird.

Approx.1975 school teacher showed whole class black&white photograph of

sasquatch taken through car windshield. It was standing face on in the middle of

a narrow dirt road, alder or other shrubery on either side.I was in grade 3

then.It was covered in dark hair except around eye nose area and seemed to have

a lighter colored moustashe. That is about all I can remember.I wish I could see

the photo again.

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = Ram

Falls camp site # 52 we droev down the trunk road from Calgary arriving at Ram

Falls about 3 in the afternoon and after a short hike around the falls we

decided to cook some brugers and build a campfire and enjoy the area. we decided

to head into campsites 45-54 but it was blocked off, undaunted we discovered a

way past the barricade and made our way into the sites we were the only people

in this area and there was only one other person parked near the falls (quite

far from us) we built up the campfire and started cooking after eating (around

five) we were sitting around the campfire and I looked over my brother in law's

shoulder and quite aways off in the forest (tall thin pine trees) I could see a

tall two legged what I thought might be a big person walking from tree to tree

it then disappeared into heavier bush. I told my brother in law who then

immediatly scampered into the forest to the approx spot but was unable to find

any tracks or evidence of it's passing as the moss is quite spongy and thick and

does not track well.

The image I have is of  a very tall brown person but it was to far off for any

distinctive features other than it was definately on two legs and moving very

carefully in human like fashion through the trees.

shortly afterwards we packed up and noticed that the other car had already left

so we were the only people in this area at the time

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = In the

early eighties my friend and I often went squirrel hunting on the mountain just

off of Solsqua road (Sicamous road)near the town of Sicamous BC. We are

experinced outdoorsmen and hant to this day. The mountain in question was at

that time completely wild and uninhabited and even today is a wildlife sanctuary

with undisturbed virgen forest no logging or other activity has disturbed the

area yet. We had spent the afternoon up the mountain and as it was starting to

get late we decided to head back down the mountain to Salsqua road and then to

the junction of Highway #1 (Transcanada) and 97A where my house was located. We

were following a game trail when we came upon a set of tracks that we had never

seen before they were much larger than the Grizzly and black bear tracks that we

often saw, it was so much larger and human like that we were really freaked out,

What kind of person would be walking around barefoot in the snow and how big was

this guy??? what was more disturbing is that these tracks were fresh having been

made after we came up the mountain earlier in the day and we could still plainly

see our tracks from earlier in the snow. We decided to follow the tracks as far

as possible and we proceeded down the mountain and continued following the

tracks for about 2 kilometres or more until we reached the dairy farm where the

tracks came up to a barbed wire fence in a field, it was like this thing didn't

even break stride it just stepped right over the fence and headed into a stand

of trees a short distance away at the end of the field. we went over the fence

and started heading toward the stand of trees but at that instance we became

very uneasy and had the distinct feeling of being watched and of bieng in

danger, the hairs stood up at the back of my head and we decided to head back

home as quickly as possible.

we did measure the tracks and we used our rifles to measure the tracks and they

were around 16" long, the stride was at least six feet ( I can do the splits and

I know that when I do that it is at least six feet and when I did the splits

beside these tracks they were just a bit longer than that) These tracks were

fresh and could not have been made by a human we were definate that we were the

only ones on the mountain that day and that after following them for over 2Km

that they were made by a large bipedal animal and not a human. Whatever made

these tracks must have been huge and heavy as it sunk down much deeper than us

into the snow we estimate at least 500 pounds (based on our observations of

other animal tracks.)

*Closest Town/ Road = Sicamous Solsqua Road

*Province/State = British Columbia

*Date = end of Feburary  1980

*Weather Conditions (if remembered) = sunny/ cloudy periods

*Is there anything else that you can remember? = A friend [name removed] found tracks again two

years later on the same mountain near a hidden stream/spring again they were

fresh large 16" tracks in the mud near the stream. We have been ridiculed

repeatedly for talking about these tracks but this has not changed our resolve

we know what we saw.

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) =

Date = fall october 2002

Canada county, Alberta

Time: noon 1:00 pm

Location: Branching off the TransCanada Highway, at the end of 32nd Ave.,

Calgary opens up into farmland and a forested slough is the first thing you see.

Description of event: It was 2002, me and my friend(who wishes to remain

unnamed) went the old slough a few blocks from my house the night before. We

were rather hyper, each of us had had a slurpee, so I remember little of the

previous night, but we had heard unusual sounds. We knew it wasn’t

coyotes(although it was comparable to that), we were quite used to their little

howls. So the following morning we investigated. Keep in mind, for us; morning

was about 11:30am to 12:00pm. We left the house quietly, not wanting to hear one

of my mom’s “be careful” lectures. Finally the road ended at several barriers,

beyond which a beaten path lay. It lead into the farmland nearby, a breaking off

path leads down into the patch of trees and marsh. We began to notice some of

the trees had been twisted off, this was impossible without heavy machinery. The

strength in the wrists it would take to twist a twelve-year-old tree off would

be overwhelming. As we noticed more, I remembered tales of how Sasquatch would

twist and bend thick branches and small trees. Needless to say, we left the

wooded area quickly and stood outside in the plowed fields, staying several long

meters away from the tree line. Once outside of the trees, I told him what I had

read about, he was intrigued. We wandered up to a large mound in the fields. We

climbed up to the top, and immediately noticed a hole in it. It looked hand dug,

it didn’t have the precision to it a gopher or badger hole would. The ground was

hard in this area all year round. Without a good shovel, this stuff wouldn’t be

penetrable by any normal person. My friend noticed some small humanlike

footprints around it, and then I noticed several huge ones near those (size 16

I’d say). We got off the mound and shrugged the footprints off, that is still

dust off my shoulder… I just thought I would mention it for sake of the

incident. There are plenty of large-footed teenagers running around here naked

that could leave prints like that, and plenty of small-footed naked girls that

would be running with them. The hole however, I still consider quite crucial. We

started walking near the bushes again.

My buddy pointed into the trees “See that brown thing?” I looked to see what

looked like a large brown humanoid shape in an Indian sit, Its features weren’t

particularly clear in amongst the trees though

“Yeah, I never noticed that, maybe it’s a stump”

“Yeah, probably… Its not the same color as the trees though… I thought I

would’ve noticed it, we’re here so often”

“Yeah… You would think”

Suddenly, it turned it appeared to turn its head (not towards us, we never saw

its face). We went off without a word, keeping a good eye on it, making sure it

wasn’t chasing us. We made it home safely (and very quickly). We talked very

little. Several days later we returned to the spot and measured how big it was,

in the Indian sit it was in, it was up to my chest (I was 5’4 at the time). I’m

in no position to give a good measurement from that, but it was easily

six-and-a-half feet tall standing. We never really told anyone or talked much

about it, but we know what we saw. He pretty much tossed it off as another silly

adventure of our youth.

*Please tell us what happened (as much detail as you can remember) = I was

fishing with 3 friends at Pasfield Lake in July of 1990, we had been dropped off

by helicopter and planned to spend a week there. We were camping on the

southwest side of the lake. We had fished for 2 or 3 days without much luck, so

we decided to move down the lakeshore a few kilometres to see if the fishing was

any better there. While walking over, my buddy [name removed] found some strange animal

track. He called us over to have a look at them. They looked like someone with

very large feet had been walking around in the rocky sand. My other friend joked

that they were made by a Bigfoot, but I passed it off because I didn't think

that there were any of them in Saskatchewan.

04 - *Province/State = Saskatchewan

05 - Date = July of 1990

07 - Is there anything else that you can remember? = I wear size 12 shoes and

these footprints were at least 5-6 inches longer and a whole lot wider than my

foot is.
