HYPOTHESIS OF THE UFO/ SASQUATCH CONNECTION
A BRIEF REPORT

There are many report of the creature known as Sasquatch. There are also many reports of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs). Some people are of the impression that the two might have some direct correlation to one another. The purpose of this report is to give a possible explanation of why the two could be seen at the same time.
Some people think that Sasquatch is deposited on this planet by an alien culture, I do not give that hypothesis much credence. Why would an alien (if they exist) choose to leave its advanced civilization to live off the land on a world that is foreign to their own, knowing that they would be feared and hunted by the native population of this world. It is not logical or even practical.
I believe that the phenomena known as UFOs, and the creature known as Sasquatch have no direct correlation to each other. The creature known as Sasquatch has been in existence just as long as we humans have, if not for longer. By now they would be used to crossing our paths on occasion, even somewhat familiar with our actions and reactions when a meeting occurs. But how would they react to a totally foreign sight, such as a brightly lit UFO landing in the deep, dark forest at night. A human would be stunned and amazed, perhaps even a little anxious about such a sight, but we would still go and investigate, so might a Sasquatch if he were in the immediate area.
Hypothetical Situation
Now picture this, a hunter has just observed a large bright object decend into the forest, just beyond a small ridge. He grabs his rifle and hurriedly walks to the top of said ridge and peers over the edge. Down below he sees a sight that he had only seen in Science-Fiction movies of the 1960s and 1970s. A large, bright, disc shaped object is sitting in a forest clearing. He is stunned, shocked, and amazed at what he is seeing, he is enjoying the adrenaline rush that is coursing through his body. Suddenly he spies movement to the right of the object, he peers closer and sees another thing that he thought was just a myth. A Sasquatch is standing near the UFO.
Now seeing a UFO would be quite enough for a person to deal with, but sighting both the UFO and now a Sasquatch/ Bigfoot is just too much. Suddenly the creature looks in his direction, he gasps, rises, and flees toward his vehicle. Dealing this could be quite troublesome for him, and he is going to have to deal with this himself, for who can he really confide in? If he tells his friends or co-workers they will think that he is either a liar, or that he is crazy. If he reports this to almost any one of the Sasquatch research groups, he will be labeled a crackpot, and his report will most likely be dismissed as a hoax.
The point Im trying to make is that the reason Sasquatch and UFOs are both spotted together could just be because the Sasquatch observed the UFO land, was curious about it, and decided to investigate. You might not be able to spot a Sasquatch itself, in the dark forest at night, but a brightly lit UFO you would see. And if someone spotted them both in the same area at the same time, they would most likely take both mysteries and blend them into one. Why? For some, it would make understanding what they just observed much, much easier to handle.
Perhaps we need to take a closer look at some of the UFO/ Sasquatch reports that have been filed by people who are not in the cryptozoological/ paranormal research fields.
I understand that the chances of observing a Sasquatch are about 1% out of 100%, and the chances of observing a UFO arent much better. But this is only a hypothesis, a theory.
