Lillooet

Date: May 1960

Occurrence: Two [2] backpackers spotted a large, bipedal, hair covered creature as it crossed a dirt road in front of their position. The creature glanced at them briefly as it made its way across the road. The two [2] witnesses estimated the creature’s height to be between nine [9] and ten [10] feet, and said that it was covered in reddish-brown hair. They did not say if the creature was a male or a female. The entire sighting lasting no more than ten [10] seconds.
