Lightning Lake

Date: July, 1/ 1996

Occurrence: Several loud screams were heard by a group of canoeists. They said that the screams were the loudest thing they had ever heard, & came from the north shore of the lake. There were six [6] screams in total, each lasting for five to ten seconds [5 – 10 sec.], with a two to three second [2 – 3 sec.] break between each scream. After the last scream sounded, the woods became eerily silent. The witnesses quickly climbed back into their canoes and paddled away from the area.

Witnesses: Names withheld by request.
