Trembleur Lake
Date: October, 9/ 1996
Occurrence: Three men were fishing in the southwest end of the lake. One of the men spotted movement on the shore, and pointed this out to the other two men. They all turned to look, and spotted a gray-haired Sasquatch peering at them from behind some trees. When the creature realized it had been seen, it ducked back into cover. The three men then heard the creature moving away through the bush, heading away from their location and moving off to the southeast.
The witnesses did not get to observe the creature for very long, and they only saw a portion of the creature from where it was trying to hide. The men estimated that the creature was 8-9 feet tall, and that it had gray hair. It also has to be taken into account that they were watching the creature from a distance, with no binoculars.
