Fernie

Date: August 1999

Occurrence: Two teenage boys spotted a Sasquatch crossing a dirt road out side of the Town of Fernie. They said the creature was black in color. They estimated it’s height at 7+ feet. They said the creature did not look at them when it crossed the road. The two witnesses stated that it only took the creature three steps to cross the road, then it disappeared into the forest. The witnesses then fled the scene on their ATVs.
