Elk Creek

Date: 1981

Occurrence: A man & his son observed a tall, hair covered, bipedal creature. It was hanging around the dumpsters at Vale Creek. When the creature realized it was being watched it walked away into the surrounding forest. The witnesses estimated the creature’s height at 6.5 – 7 feet. The creature was reddish-brown in color.

The entire encounter lasted no more than 15 – 20 seconds at the very most.
