Pyramid Mountain

Date: Spring 2004

Occurrence: A man and his wife were walking there dogs near the Pyramid Riding Stables. Their dogs started barking at something hiding within the trees. One of the dogs managed to get away from them, it ran into the forest. Moments later they heard a yelp and the sound of something big moving off towards the direction of the mountain. The man sent his wife and the other dog back down the trail, then he entered the woods to look for his lost dog. He spotted a large, black haired Sasquatch moving away towards Pyramid Mountain, he estimated it’s height at 10 feet. He later told Forestry that he had only spotted a bear moving away from the location.

No trace of their dog was ever found.
